KMP WARRANTY DETAILS
CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS
1. QUOTATIONS
Quotations issued by KM Products Europe
Ltd. or, ("KMP") unless otherwise stated in them,
shall be open for acceptance within (30) days of the date
of the quotation.
2. PRICES
Prices quoted for 
products are ex-works and exclude packing, insurance, carriage,
and other taxes or duties.
3. PAYMENTS
a) All invoices are payable in full without
discount of any kind in the currency in which they were
issued and under no circumstances shall the customer be
entitled to make any deduction or withhold payment for any
reason at all, or delay settlement beyond the terms specified
by "KMP".
b) Without prejudice to any other rights of "KMP"
if the Customer fails to pay the invoice amount by the due
date, "KMP" shall have the right to charge interest
on any overdue amount from the date on which payment was
due to that on which it was made (whether before or after
judgement) on a daily basis at a rate of 4 % per annum over
the base rate from time to time quoted for the currency
in which the invoice was issued and reimburse to "KMP"
all costs and expenses (including legal costs) incurred
in the collection of any overdue amount.
4. RETURN OF PARTS
parts cannot be returned without written consent from "KMP",
and if granted will be subject to a 15 % handling charge.
5. DISCLAIMER
All manufacturers names, numbers, symbols
and descriptions are for reference purposes only and it is
not implied that any part used is the product of these manufacturers.

WARRANTY

All replacement
parts ("Parts") sold by KM Products Europe Ltd.,
are warranted to be free from defects in material and
manufacture when correctly installed and operated under
normal use and conditions in a properly serviced and maintained
machine. |

CONDITIONS

This warranty is valid
for twelve months from the date of purchase by the customer.
During this period " KMP" will, at its discretion,
replace any Parts, which are found upon its inspection
to be defective in material or manufacture. Replacement
Parts will be provided to the customer at a place of business
of "KMP" or other establishment authorised by
"KMP". The Warranty does not include labour
to remove or replace parts. |

LIMITATIONS

The customer of any Warranty claim
must notify "KMP" in writing. "KMP"
reserves the right to examine every item that is subject
to a claim under this Warranty.
Parts that are subject to a claim
under this Warranty must not be removed from the machine
or returned to "KMP" until "KMP"
issues written authorization.
"KMP" does not warrant
any of it's Parts that have been altered from the original
specifications, misused, or damaged by accident or negligence.
This Warranty is provided solely
to the direct customers of "KMP" and not to
any other party, and it is expressly in lieu of any
other warranties, expressed or implied. "KMP"
expressly disclaims any warranty of merchantability
or fitness for a particular purpose. Remedies under
this Warranty are expressly limited to replacement Parts
as specified above. All other claims for loss arising
out of the failure of any Part is excluded, including
claims for, direct or indirect economic or moral loss
and special or consequential damages.
Any legal claims or procedures under
this Warranty are to be adjudicated in ENGLAND, through
the English courts.
